Our of hours alarm activation – Who is going to visit you premises? It can be a very frightening experience. We will hold the keys to your premises in a controlled environment that is totally safe and secure.

1. Our mobile vans all are equipped with a fitted safe that is security coded. The ever-changing codes can only be raised from our 24/7 control centre.
2. All keys that we hold to your property are maintained under a controlled environment back at our control room. Each key is sealed in your presence and coded to guarantee absolute client confidentiality and security and are only released under strictly monitored procedures.
3. We also offer a key vault option at your premises that can be accessed by our mobile response teams, the police and the emergency services.
4. We can also escort you or someone designated by you to the premises and remain with them to all matters are resolved.

 

• Note under the new policy for Police response to alarms introduced by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) it puts the onus of responsibility firmly on you, the owner of the property / business to ensure that the alarm is genuine and that a Police presence is required.
• Your failure to follow carefully the conditions laid down by (ACPO) could result in the withdrawal of Police response to your property.
