ARC/RVRC Command Control Centre Operators

This is a permanent position and the post holder will be required to:

Work a rotating shift pattern covering public and bank holidays and week-ends.
Operate and monitor all systems as part of a team of Professional Controllers within our NSI Gold monitoring centre in an efficient and compliant manner.
Have excellent communication and IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Be customer focused and able to deliver a professional service at all times.
Hold the relevant SIA Licenses or be willing to undergo an SIA approved training course to obtain the required licenses.
